Pledge to Clients: I will use my many years of experince as a real estate professional to help you achieve your goal in either buying or selling property. Honesty and integrity are not just words.....but my life choice.
Professional Experience: As a young single mom I began my real esate career, in 1974 in a field dominated by older men. In the early 70's young women were novelties in the world of real estate, yet a successful 3 years allowed me to become a broker and open my own office in Lake Havasu City. In those days Real Estate agreements were 1 page contracts, not the 9-page....plus addenda....contracts of today. When representing buyers ONLY was unheard of, I "blazed the trail" as The Buyer's Broker. Shorly thereafter I was elected President of the Lake Havasu Board of Realtors and helped establish a modern MLS in the Colorado River area. Taking a 15 year sabbatical from real esate, I became the lead plaintiff in a class-action multi-million dollar lawsuit against the developer of Lake Havasu City ofr misrepresentation and land fraud. Successful in the litigation, I became President of Citizens Island Bridge Company, a non-profit corporation, to benefit the residents of Lake Havasu. The Creative Cultural Center grew from that endeavor and provided many artistic opportunites and cultural events to children, residents and visitors alike. Moving to Sierra Vista in 2001, I chose to work with Haymore Real Estate as a Associate Broker, re-entering a most active real estate market. i am presently a member of the Southeast (Cochise County) and Tucson MLS.
Education: Ramona Convent High School, Arizona School of Real Estate for both agent and broker's license and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Personal Information: Looking at all sides, and thinking outside the box! My surfer-dude husband (turned cowboy) and I were married in 2004 after chasing me for several years until I caught him.
